Gentle pet passages really lives up to there name. I called them to ask questions because I was really scared and sad having to put our 1st baby down. Sydney was the one that I talked to and she made a very rough process really easy. I was able to text her and she responded very fast. She never made me feel like I was bugging her with any of my questions. She was very patience with me and answered every single one of my questions. On the day of the appointment, Dr. Hull was the provider that would be sending our puppy to the rainbow bridge, she was wonderful. She text me to let me know she was on her way, and then when she got to the house, she was great. I didn’t feel like there was a stranger in my home putting my dog to sleep, she felt as if she was family and she made a really sad process more bearable. She took her time, she talked with us, she was just perfect. Everyone at gentle pet passages are wonderful people. I hope I never have to put another dog down, but if I do I would definitely use them again.
