Dr. Killian was nothing short of extraordinary during one of the most devastating moments of our lives. From the moment we met him, he approached us with a level of compassion, patience, and genuine care that immediately put us at ease. He explained everything clearly and gently, making sure we understood each step of the process without ever feeling rushed or overwhelmed.

What meant the most to us was how he treated Cooper—not just as a patient, but as a beloved soul. He was so gentle, so kind, and so present. You could truly feel how much he cared, not only about Cooper, but about us as well. He gave us the space to grieve, the support to get through it, and the reassurance that we were making the most loving decision for our boy.

In a moment filled with unimaginable pain, Dr. Killian brought a sense of peace that we will never forget. We truly believe he is an angel on this earth—someone sent to help guide other angels, like Cooper, on their journey to heaven. The love, dignity, and respect he showed our boy in his final moments means more to us than words could ever fully express.

We will carry that kindness with us forever. We are endlessly grateful for him.
