We had the privilege of working with Dr. Killian and the team at Gentle Pet Passages to plan our farewell to our beloved corgi, Hamilton, on short notice. Sweet Ham was given days at best so I spent Thursday afternoon frantically calling any and all in-home services in the area. Gentle Passages responded right away and even accommodated an outside-hour request the very next day. They were patient, caring, and helpful throughout the entire process. They even remained patient when I got cold feet Friday morning and canceled, only to request them back a few hours later, and they still came. Although I had never met Dr. Killian before, I truly couldn’t imagine anyone better to handle this delicate time our family’s lives. The process was beautiful, peaceful, and gentle. Dr. Killian is the epitome of respect and kindness. We are forever grateful our baby boy Ham is at peace because of Gentle Passages. Thank you to Haley as well who was the primary point of contact. Thank you to the Crematorium Fond Memories who they partner with for getting our sweet Ham back to us carefully in a thoughtful presentation.
