The entire team from the first email, follow-up calls and to our home visit, everyone was so kind and compassionate. Dr. Jerrod Killian was so calm, took his time explaining everything , spent time with Smoke and had treats for our other dog, Bandit. He demonstrated empathy and was so kind and understanding, while confirming we had made the right decision for our Smoke, it was her time, she was tired and her body was failing. Smoke was able to pass at home, hearing her family, and feeling all of our love and sorrow. Thank you all for making this possible, you are angels
