Thank you to Dr. Jerrod for providing such a necessary service. Our sweet baby Bellatrix was always terrified of the vet office so it was wonderful that her final hour could be spent at home with her family with her favorite blanket, bed, and snacks. Dr. Jerrod expressed such deep empathy for both Bellatrix and us humans as we navigated this difficult process. At no point did we feel rushed by Dr. Jerrod, which really allowed us to be present in the moment on Bellatrix’s last day on earth. A million thanks to Dr. Jerrod and the staff at Gentle Pet Passages for guiding us in this difficult journey and treating Bellatrix like a queen.
