This took me over a year to come back to and write but felt that my experience needed to be shared. Last year, I had to make the impossible decision to help my dog, Tyson, cross the rainbow bridge. It was one of the toughest days of my life, but Dr. Jerrod came to my home and made a painful moment feel peaceful and dignified. Him and his team were patient, gentle, and incredibly intentional in every step. You could tell this isn’t just a job to them and that they genuinely care about the animals and the families they support.

Even through the heaviness of the situation, they carried themselves with kindness and steadiness. They gave Tyson the calm, comfortable goodbye he deserved, along with so many of his favorite Beggin treats, and I’m grateful beyond words for how they guided us through those final moments.

If you’re facing this kind of decision, I can wholeheartedly say this team brought compassion, clarity, and respect when my family needed it most.
