A very special and heartfelt thank you to Gentle Pet Passages for giving my sweet baby girl the most peaceful and beautiful goodbye we could have ever asked for. I never could have imagined that something so devastating could also be filled with such grace, dignity, and comfort.

Dr. Lisa Hull was truly an angel on earth for our family. From the moment she walked into our home, her presence was calm, steady, and deeply compassionate. She spoke to Taylor so softly and treated her with such tenderness and respect. She gently walked us through every step, explaining what to expect and reassuring us along the way so we knew our baby girl was comfortable, at peace, and no longer suffering.

We were able to say goodbye to our girl in her favorite spot, in her own bed by the fireplace, with her music playing softly and her favorite people surrounding her. The atmosphere was calm, warm, and filled with love. There was no rush, no cold room, no harsh lights. Just peace.

In one of the hardest moments of our lives, Dr. Hull carried herself with remarkable kindness and humanity. She didn’t just care for Taylor; she cared for all of us. We will forever be grateful for the compassion she showed our Tay Tay and our family as we said our final goodbyes.

If you are ever faced with having to make this impossible decision for your beloved pet, I cannot recommend them enough. They gave our baby girl the gentle, dignified farewell she deserved.
